TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a charter and payments made, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these terms please do not book.

Stolen/Damaged Property

Seacation Charters is not responsible for any stolen or damaged property that is brought on the vessel.

Swimming

Seacation Charters is not responsible for accompanied clients that are a liability due to not knowing how to swim. In best efforts someone may attempt to save clients, these attempts may come from people in associated with part of the vessels crew. Clients are responsible for bodily harm when attempting to go outside of the vessel.  Life jackets are onboard and reachable at any time.

Minors

Clients are responsible for all minors accompanied on the vessels. Smaller life jackets are available on all vessels during the duration of the charter. Infant sizes are not available.

Damages

Clients are responsible for any damage done by party accompanied during the duration of the charter. There will be acknowledgments made during the course of the charter and credit card charges may apply.

Not Allowed

No jeans and curried foods are allowed on the vessel.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable. In any case where it's inclement weather, will be only circumstance for rescheduling the charter. At that point your deposit will be used against the future.
